What we collect

• Your account: name, email, password (stored securely), business name and sending preferences.
• Your invoices: client company, contact name and email, amounts, due dates and work descriptions you enter.
• Emails: the reminders sent and any replies your clients send back, which we forward to you.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card or bank numbers.
• Free email writer: what you type is used only to write your email and isn't saved to an account.

How we use it

Only to run ThruPay: writing and sending your follow-ups, taking payments, forwarding replies, and improving the product. We do not sell your data or your clients' data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that make ThruPay work: our hosting and database provider, Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and an AI provider that drafts email wording. They may only use the data to provide their service.

Your clients

When you add a client, you confirm you have a legitimate business reason to contact them about their invoice.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is open. Email customersupport@thrupay.io to have your account and data deleted.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to your own account. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
